Accompanied my disabled son to court. Denied me entry with him because of covid. I made every attempt to explain ADA guidelines to security at the entrance. They asked for proof of a disability which is illegal. They refused to listen. Ended up calling Administration who were shocked and a supervisor granted access for me immediately. I'm not going to let this rest, I'll be contacting an attorney and filing complaints with the attorney General's office and Every other entity I can. A few of the guards should be fired and the rest trained. Very rude and inconsiderate...

The Court Commissioner’s Office is a complete disaster. I’m sitting here now. It took them two hours to start to wait on me after I signed in. They only helped ONE person during that time! I came to post bond for someone. One hour and 20 minutes later I’m still waiting for the transaction to be complete. Yes, I HAVE BEEN HERE 3 hours and 20 minutes so far (and still counting!)

went there after being advised by court staff at 401 Bosley was told they were open 24 hours, got there around 3:30 pm. staff there was very friendly and helpful gave great info and directives, but still had to come back. they also keep emphasizing that they were open 24 hrs. but upon going back around 10:30 pm the same evening I found the doors locked....

Work for an attorney's office in Baltimore City and have been trying to reach the District Court of Baltimore County - Towson to reach a Landlord/Tenant Clerk to verify when a new Hearing date is set for a Breach of Lease case. I called once this morning around 9 AM and was on hold for greater than 16 minutes with the same automated voice message system relay, the entire time. I eventually gave up. The message said that peak call hours are from 10 AM - 2 PM. I called back around 4 PM and once again I am on hold for another 16 minutes AND STILL COUNTING. You cannot get anyone on the phone!!!! This does not happen in any of the other district courts. I don't know why you can't get a physical person on the phone for more than a half hour! There's no way these calls are ringing at all to anybody on the other end.
