My husband requires care at home due to Alzheimers disease, and the Home Instead Baltimore area office has done a wonderful job providing care. My Caregiver in particular, Stephanie, has been a gem. She knows just what to do to help me and has a very good attitude. The office has been super nice and pleasant anytime I call, whether after hours or during. They have been very accommodating with any of my requests.

The caregivers and staff were extremely kind, caring, compassionate, as well as responsive. My mother lived a wonderful life and was able to spend it in the comforts of her home and family. I recently inquired about services for my mother and was amazed by the quick and kind service I received. What a wonderful experience! I first met Angelina who guided me through the process with a total empathetic attitude...warm and understanding. Very professional. My dad loved all of the caregivers they sent. Home Instead reps always communicated with me and up to date on changes and feedback. I would recommend this provider to anyone looking for the best possible care for their loved one at home.
