Zach was an amazing waiter. Even though we had been to the Melting Pot a few times prior he still took the time to refresh our memory and he provided amazing service. He was attentive, considerate, and energetic. The food was delicious as always and the drinks were top notch. If you're a whiskey drinker the Whiskey Business Cocktail is a must try for sure. We will definitely be back again and I will be asking for him as our server. Ask for him, you won't regret it.

I celebrated my PhD this evening in this fine place. I am glad to say that it was a terrific evening and the place was surely the reason for that successful evening. The team helped in a pleasant style, the food was great and my guests were so thrilled. We shall absolutely visit again for more celebrations. Thank you very much.

Horrible food Horrible service Be prepared to waste your money at the melting pot Don't be fooled by the good reviews, this wasn't even a good experience, the food tasted bad and it took hours to finish our meal. Please, spare yourselves from this horrible place.
This location is amazing. They have plenty of space which they are using very well during the COVID-19 pandemic. Guests are spread out. They have taken other precautions. Everyone including wait staff is masked. Guests can obviously remove their masks at their table. There is hand sanitizer stations throughout the restaurant for convenience. Now for the food...it is out if this world good. The flavors are perfect. The meal seams like it may not be filling since everything is bite size but you will definitely be stuffed and may even need a to go box if you get the 4-course experience. Each course was so good I wanted more at the end of it but then there would not have been room to eat the other courses. Not only is the food good, the intimate experience of fondue makes the evening even better!
The food was great we got the Wisconsin cheddar and snores chocolate. It was so good and our waiter was beyond exceptional. He was going to run over to Walgreens just to get me ibuprofen. It is expensive but definitely a wonderful place for a special night.
Very poor parody to Asian hot pot, they even made it weird with chocolate. Here you will not be ate full ! Please note that this place is expensive for food they providing, it’s great to try it once just for fun only. If you hungry better eat first and then come here !
