Had a great touring process. I want to give recognition to Tae Li Stotts from the The leasing team. She is so kind, professional and incredible guide throughout the building. The property too is Excellent with great amenities. Unfortunately I choose Banner hill over Southerly due to location.

I’ve been here for a month and so far my experience has been very pleasant from the application process to having maintenance make some minor but very swift improvements. Tim has been very helpful, welcoming and polite and has made my move a great and smooth experience. The space is beautiful and very well maintained. It’s typically peaceful and quiet. The area is great with a mall in walking distance and plenty of other shopping within 10 min. My unit is also in a convenient location making it easy to come and go with ease, grab my packages etc. I absolutely love it here!

Lived here for a year, and I don’t see why you wouldn’t live here if you can afford it. The staffs are amazing, always in touch, and awesome utility and features. Neighboring apartments are at better price, for sure, but I here fire alarm at least two times a month from there. I never heard fire alarm pulled once during the entire year. If you can afford it, you’d be satisfied.

Nimble Moving

From a movers perspective this place is great. I called in advance to ensure my crew was prepared and the woman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and friendly. When we arrived we couldnt get the loading elevator to lock out and once again the team at the southerly was extremely helpful to us and the resident.
