Came here for a repair. Very comfortable customer lounge with ample choices for both water and coffee. While here, I watched the General Sales Manager Travis Jackson going around with a spray bottle of disinfectant and wiping surfaces down. As a GSM, you have a TON of things on your plate but this simple gesture really shows just how much Toyota of Naperville cares about their customers.

From the first contact, the folks at Toyota of Naperville went above and beyond. I came across a preliminary listing for a vehicle I'd been looking for. An inquiry to their website led to a quick follow up from Blas Cielo. Blas found the vehicle on their lot and text me several pictures. The vehicle had a great service record and it was clear it had been well cared for. Steve Pacchiano reached out to me to help close the transaction. I've purchased several vehicles sight unseen and when you deal with true professionals, its a pleasure. My question is always \what will I be unhappy to find when I arrive if I purchase this vehicle?\. Steve ask for 20 minutes to perform his own check of the car. He called me back and gave a perfect rundown of the condition, the very small flaw on the vehicle. He ran through all the electronics, upholstery, exterior condition..everything. We closed the deal while I was grocery shopping. Eddie Loera worked to get me the best deal on financing. e-signed the financing and Eddie FedEx'd the contract for our signatures. I flew in to pick up the vehicle, Blas met me as I entered, showed me the car, took car of the temporaries while I finished up with Eddie. Steve joined us and we did a final walk around. All in all, was at the dealership for under an hour, and a big chunk of that was me pairing my phone and getting ready for the drive home. 2hr flight, Uber from the airport and 600 mile drive home...12 hours after leaving home, made it back with a great vehicle in the driveway. The professionals at Toyota of Naparville are the best in the business!
