Didn't really need a UTV, but wanted one. There was no pressure by sales as they aren't commission based and they actually talked me into buying model that was about 6,000 less than what I went in wanting to buy. They have my business for life

I had a new sonar unit installed and an old unit moved to the bow. They did well communicating when they were unsure exactly how I wanted this and when the boat was done. The price was within their quoted range(albeit was at the top end). Overall everything looks good and turns on. The last test will be on the water. I will update if things change.

My experience with this business in not good. Over the course of a week, I sent 4 emails, 2 through the request for information form on the site, and 2 directly to Eric Nelson. I simply had a couple of questions before I came in to look at a Tahoe boat. I did not receive a single reply to any of them. By comparison, I sent one email to McLaughlin's Marine and received a reply in a little more than an hour. I think how a company responds to customers says a lot about the quality of their business. In this case, Tracker receives an F. My business is now going to their competitor.
