My family and I LOVE tradehome shoes and enjoy the atmosphere. Our favorite is the fish tank that is always a staple for my children. It’s great to allow the parents to shop while the kids are engaged. We also love the Manager, Tim who always gives the BEST service! We are lifelong Trade-homers

I LOVE shopping here! I got hooked on heydudes. I've bought 5 pairs in less than a year. The workers are the best and super helpful with my questions. I had a small issue with a pair so I went out back to resolve the issue and got the shoes exchanged with no problem. They always go above and beyond for my family and I.
I would NOT recommend shopping at this location! They are friendly and helpful when you purchase a pair of shoes, but will treat you horribly if you have to make a return. I have never been treated so terribly in my life!
I'm on my feet most of the day with my job (casino floor attendant), and I have a bad habit of moving my feet in odd ways while standing still, which led to pain on my heels.I have never set foot into this store before, I was pleased with my first experience! Grant took his time helping me find a new pair of shoes for work, he recommended a brand and style of shoes I have never heard of, and he mentioned that the shoes have wider soles which can help with balance while walking and standing still. When I tried the shoes on, and walked around the store, I felt an immediate difference in how comfortable my feet were! Grant was such a great help, he never pressured me, and he was very personal and understanding of my needs! I will definitely be coming back for my next pair of shoes!

I have brought shoes before and I love them. Today, I stoped by with my mom and sister. We were going to buy 3 pairs of hunter boots each at 160.00. We were COMPLETELY IGNORED !! The two employees, both a boy and a girl looked at us and continued to have their conversation. We walked around looking at shoes and a couple walked in. We were never even greeted. As soon as they walked in the boy working walked up to them and started to help them. We then walked out. Horrible customer service I suggest taking your business somewhere else !!
Great Experience. I need a specific type of shoe. They showed me three brands that would work and helped me narrow down the options to the ones I purchased. Have bought here twice with great experiences both times.
Super informative and helpful in figuring out my arch and sizing me for inserts. I've been so lost in working with my newly diagnosed plantar fasciitis, but Desmond along with the manager worked with me giving me choices and helping me find out what works and won't work for me. I found athletic shoes, inserts and recovery slides! So pleased and appreciative for their knowledge. Thank you!
