I lived in a townhouse managed by Tradewind Properties and I can testify that they are worst people that I ever came across. 2.\tThe Air conditioner stopped working and I have to live without an AC for more than three weeks. While still charging me a full rent for that month. 3.\tThe Microwave stop working and have to wait for a replacement for more than three weeks. 4.\tThe sanitations company picks up the recycle once every two weeks. I left in the recycle pin the recyclables that would have been picked on July 3rd, 2020 the week after I vacated the property according to their schedule. It was not my fault that that they did not schedule to pick the recycle pin on June 26th 2020. They charged 144 on July 1st 2020 the recyclables that was scheduled for pickup for July3rd 2020. Plus a cleaning fee and a replacement pulp for the amount of 112.38 which I totally disagree excluding the .99 regular pulp. I have attached here the picture of the recycle pin and not a garbage as they claim.

I've used Tradewinds twice. To the firm's credit they placed great tenants in 2018 at the rent I was seeking and within a reasonable amount of time. In May of 2020 I reached out concerning two vacancies I had. I connected with the same agent, but the experience was starkly different. Calls would go unresponded to (a common complaint based on the reviews) and the company candidly didn't know the MPLS market, nor the rules regarding section 8 housing. As a novice property owner I was leaning on the 'pros' to navigate the specifics of City rules while balancing the comfort of the owner (me). We mutually parted ways in the fall. They sent me a bill for 90 and I hired Renters Warehouse. Guess who filled the vacant unit -- Renters Warehouse. Coincidentally, they also understood the rules governing section 8 housing.

After paying the application fees and submitting all required paperwork, they stopped replying. This is a very unprofessional attitude and borderline scam.

If I could rate with negative stars, I would. I found Tradewinds Properties to be slow to respond, unaccommodating and extremely rude in correspondence. Do not rent from them. Specifically Jessica was unprofessional and rude when dealing with issues regarding lease renewal. Not worth it.
