Every trailer dealer in the city is back ordered 30 weeks, except for Trailers Plus! I placed an order to hold a trailer with a low deposit of 250 dollars. I was given a killer cash discount of over 1,000 dollars. Cheap upgrades, vents, etc. Very quick and easy. Trustworthy. Down side- gate is locked- you have to have an appointment to show up and call to open the gate to be let in. If you aren't aware of this, which I wasn't, you could easily drive by multiple times looking for the entrance. The force you to wear a mask. Other than these small problems, I had an overall good experience! Thank you Trailers Plus!

Can't get the local store to call me back. Already had an appointment and met a very helpful, knowledgeable salesperson. Didn't have what I want in stock that day. Just checking to see if the type/size trailer I'm looking for is coming in from the manufacturer soon. Trying to do exaclty what the salesperson told me to do. Centralized call center keeps saying someone will call me back. No one has, after 4 separate attempts. Guess they are so \busy\ they don't want my business.
The employees at this location went above and beyond helping me get my trailer back to great condition. After 5 years of wear and tear traveling from coast to coast this trailer is still in amazing shape and worth every penny. A service!
