I’ve always done yoga here and there but never fully committed. I decided to try a class at Tranquility Haven Center. I did the mindful Vinyasa Flow outdoors with Gina, and I can’t say enough great things! The studio itself is huge, clean, and bright- everything you would want in a yoga studio. Taking the class outside was a real treat, hearing the birds and feeling the sun on my face... it was super relaxing yet challenging (in a good way). Gina is so patient and helpful and I didn’t feel uncomfortable as a newbie at all! I’m also new to town and the other women in the class were so friendly and welcoming. THC is definitely going to be my go-to!

I just signed up for the 30 for 30. The place is amazing, comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and inviting and the workout felt amazing. My favorite part is the meditation. My instructor was Andrea and she really made me feel comfortable, especially during this time when we could all use a little slow down... Thank you andrea and staff, I cant wait for the next class......
I have taken MANY Pilates classes, from reformer to mat and had many great instructors. I have to tell you, the class that I experienced this past Saturday morning has been THE BEST. Hands down. Dawn is a VERY knowledgeable, VERY dynamic yet zen teacher and her class was challenging, fun, very well paced and accessible to everyone in the class from the beginner to the more advanced practitioner. A must try!
Everyone at THC is so welcoming & supportive, I love everything about this place! The studio is beautiful and it is a judgement free zone, which I really appreciate ️ all of the services I have experienced have been INCREDIBLE and life changing for me. I struggle with depression & anxiety and THC has been an instrumental part of my self care regimen. Thank you for all that you do!!

I sincerely believe that it was meant to be that I arrive at this place on my life journey. Words do not explain it nor do it justice, you need to experience this very special space first hand.
Tranquility Haven in Stuart is a beautiful place for all your relaxation needs. With a variety of classes I was able to find everything I was looking for. Can’t wait to go back.
