Very pleasant experience from everyone there!!! My vehicle was misdiagnosed by the dealership almost costing me thousands in unnecessary repair.... Duane was able to correctly diagnose and fix the problem which turned out to be a fraction of the cost. They are the most honest, reliable and reasonable repair shop I've encountered!!!!

My Dodge Grand Caravan transmission was leaking fluid. They replaced the cooler lines and serviced my transmission for a fair price within 24 hours. Duane and team were very friendly and responsive!
I was having a bizarre issue happening with my Jeep Grand Cherokee, after I had brought it to 2 dealerships they both gave me opposite diagnostics that didn't sit right with me so I decided to take it to TSI. Not only have I received transparent communication, but also dedication to finding the issue and taking their time to resolve it. Duane has really made me feel like I am in good hands and that he will not send me off with until he knows my car is fixed. Overall, this is white glove service and I will be recommending anyone to take their vehicle to TSI!
Best shop in MN. Been coming here for 30 years. I only trust TSI of burnsville with all my transmission needs. Same great owner all these years, will not go anywhere else. Most trustworthy shop I have been too. I always tell friends if they have any transmission needs this is the place to go.
I thought my transmission blew on my trusty Honda Accord , turned out it was the radiator plus a line. Very honest work, communication was there and reasonable prices ! Thank you Duane and team!
From Lousiana/Kansas/Minnesota trip. Broke down in Burnsville in January on a Friday afternoon. Was suppose to be at a wedding reception on Saturday. Fortunately broke down at the Burnsville Center. People were super friendly and had the car ready by the following Tuesday. I couldn't be happier with the service and work done by them. Appreciate getting back on the road. I would recommend this company to anyone having transmission issues. Growing up in this area, it is great to see courteous service and kindness still in vogue.
