These people took out my carry on luggage @ LAX Terminal 6 on Jan.3rd,2019. They said they will put back every single item back for me... Later I realized I lost pair of sunglasses, packed in a large backpack from LSY, which worth nearly 400 USD.... I have filed numerous claims, as well as my original receipt, boarding pass, and this fu damn organization never replies to me... Bunch of thieves.

The TSA screeners are frequently rude and authoritarian to the very travelers who ensure they receive paychecks due to the federal income taxes we pay into the system. I understand travelers must obey the TSA screeners’ various directives and orders for the screening process to move along smoothly, but they do not need to behave in such a repulsive manner to the public.

Almost 45 minute wait on a wheelchair to get searched. They called for another agent to search me while the one in front of me just stood there... No sense of urgency or concern for people missing their flights. Two hours earlier than your flight might not be enough.
