I have had a Kirby for many years; whenever it has needed repair , they have fixed it up! I don't live close; sometimes they have fixed minor problems during my daughter's nearby Dr appointment, and other times have been happy to ship it back to save me a trip. Thanks!

WHO in the world tries to force themselves in a home during a pandemic (barely wearing his \mask\) after I said I have 4 kids in my home & not subjecting them to any possibilities of catching something serious like Covid because more than likely he was in other homes. Wouldn't you know 3 hours later the police were looking for him because his shenanigans were considered illegal in MD. Psa: Not me that called but I really should've.

I was really impressed by what the Kirby did to my sofa, deep vaccuuming!! Walter Ramos said he was new to the company but he gave me a great visual and Brian as well. Unfortunately it was holiday season but I maybe will purchase one in the future. I made sure we'll In advance I asked for identification, I like to be aware of my surroundings of company.

A solicitor came to our house tonight at 8:20pm! We told him no and closed to door - he continued ringing our door bell until we answered. I told him we weren't interested and to get off of my property he refused because he \had a license\. He only started to walk away when I told him that I was calling the police. I live in a development with one road in and one road out and there are signs posted that there was no soliciting along with the one on my front door. Apparently Travco Enterprises employees must not understand what no soliciting and no trespassing signs mean.

I tried to cancel but they claimed they didn't receive card. I should've known. I'm stuck with a heavy vacuum and the hose comes apart all the time. I am disabled and it is way TOO heavy for me. When I finally got a hold of someone I was told they gave away my old vacuum. It is so heavy it fell 3 times when I was trying to vacuum my steps and I couldn't hold onto it. No wonder the kid wouldn't let me use it. Nice job targeting the disabled!!!
