Dr. Burrell is a good doctor. She makes sure you understand everything she's trying to tell you. If you have any worries or procedures that you need to have done she will quickly set you up to go see a specialist. I transferred to her after being with another doctor that was not the rite fit for me. All my other family members go to her and after taking my grandparents to an appointment and speaking with her and seeing how she was I was sold and filled my transfer paperwork. Most of the staff is great. Sometimes it does take a couple of calls inorder to get threw to the receptionist but when you do they are knowledgeable and usually get your issue resolved within that call. Overall I would recommend anyone to transfer to Dr. Burrell's office.

Please do not go to this lady. She only wants your money. Last appointment I was there over a hour and Dr.Burell wasn't in my room for a good minute. She never addressed any of my concerns & I was charged a visit just to get a prescription refill which I didn't know my issue wasn't gonna be addressed until they rushed me out without me addressing nothing but the refill. I couldn't believe they had me wait an hour, risk Covid & expected me to come back to see her again when I only needed was a referral. So again I would have to risk Covid, pay a co pay & wait forever. (not happening) Upon my leaving the nurse told me she would have a specialist call me to address my issue. When I called to follow up on the specialist referral. I was told I would have to come in for another appointment. They ought to be ashamed of themselves. I should've read the reviews before I even wasted my time with a uncaring, money grubber.

I normally as a practice do not leave reviews but I will in this case. So here's the deal Dr. Burrell has been my doctor for almost 10 years now and I can't say anything negative about the care she has provided me, I trust her 100% with my health. So why only 4 stars you ask, well her office staff and general office org. is a train wreck (getting better). My time is just as valuable as her time so I expect to be seen in a reasonable amount time upon me showing up for my appt. After all I kept up my end of the deal by showing up on time. I know good hired help is hard to find and harder to keep but come on. But don't let that stop you from choosing Dr. Burrell as your PCM she really is a great Doctor.

My husband and I have gone to Dr. Burrell for several years! We both felt she was a good doctor and close to home. My husband had a stroke September 2019. I took him a couple weeks after for follow up visit. I thought Dr. BurrelI was just having a bad day! She didn’t even ask him how he was! She said her nurse would take care of paper work for short term disability and fax it! The paper work was filled out wrong never faxed. I had to pick it up and have it corrected then fax it myself. Dr. Burrell never called me back, never had paper work ready and then told me I would owe them 100.00 for picking up and processing my husbands short term disability! They never said a word about this before. I have had Multiple Sclerosis and stress is not good for my health! Everyday tasks, walking , Dr. visits, ect. are a struggle for me. If you are looking for a compassionate, caring doctor, she is not one! As I deal with all of these issues she has only made it harder, stressful and I’m so disappointing that I wasted all these years going to a doctor who cares so little!
