We got married last fall and used Travel Leaders Indy to book our honeymoon to Belize. Not only were they SUPER responsive leading up to the trip, but they also customized our whole trip just to what we needed and wanted to experience. The main reason I will use them again and recommend them to others is that on the night that we were to fly out, there was a huge storm and our flight along with many others was cancelled and we were not able to get out until the following Monday. As these were tickets booked outside of the agency and we did not book travelers insurance (most definitely will moving forward) I was not super hopeful we could make the trip as planned. But our Travel Agent, Amanda Steele, was fantastic! She answered an email on a Saturday (which I was not expecting) and she was able to alter our trip to accommodate our new dates within a few hours. She went above and beyond what I expected of her and their team. My husband and I enjoyed 5 days in the beautiful Belize and it was all thanks to these guys!

Amanda Steele helped my husband and I celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary in Rivera Maya, Mexico. Amanda goes above and beyond answering every question, she sent me plenty of options to choose from, she pays attention to every detail you request. She sent us a great packet before we left with our flight information, transfers and helpful tips. . We went to the UNICO 2087, it was AMAZING! I've re-booked our trip for next year.
