Wow! Wish I called a long time ago about filling up our propane tank for the grill. So much cheaper than anywhere else! They also fill it higher than when you exchange the tanks at the store. So I recommend checking them out. Plus they are all very nice here on the phone and in person.

Spent 1200 on a set of logs and installation just over 18 months ago. Never worked correctly. Finally had a repairman come out today to find out that when they were installed, the installers did not change the filter from natural gas to Propane so the pressure was building up and cutting the unit off. Now working great after I had to spend another 110, frustrating.

Let me start by saying I've been trying to give them my money since before Covid quarantine so it's not an issue from that. Drove all the way to TR (by appointment). Picked out a unit to install inside and out. Around 2500......I can't get a peep outta these people. Been trying to get service for about 6 months now. They should close the doors. I promise DO NOT waste your time. Buchanan mustn't want business or need it. Go anywhere but here!!!

Fantastic, large variety of products ranging from mainstream to luxury. Plenty of service parts, and great customer service. Check out their grills, ovens, smokers, and pizza ovens. Wow! Bought their rotisserie kit for my grille and it does well.
