After my pretty girl passed away, we made the call to get her cremated. Most places either don’t answer or have services on weekends. I was told by numerous places from where i live that no one could take my kitty until a week day or just unanswered phone calls. We then found this amazing place with such caring people and they said we could bring her in. This was on a Sunday. Kerri was so caring and understanding of what i was going through and she made it easier. It never does get easier...But Great Lakes Pet Memorial made it easier to grieve. I got the most precious pink urn with her nicknames imprinted on a heart wrapped around it. In the little bag of things they gave me were her paw prints (in pink) and so much more thoughtful things. They are such an amazing business with amazing people. There is so much more i could say, i cannot thank them enough for giving my pretty girl (Yittos) such great care

Our dog died unexpectedly on a Tuesday night. I called and left a message and had a call back first thing in the morning. These folks are thoughtful, compassionate, and gentle. They explained our options without any sales pitch, and took great care of my girl.

We just lost our baby girl, Abby, and Great Lakes Pet Memorial took great care of her for us! The urn box is absolutely beautiful, and the paw print and hair are greatly appreciated as well to remember her by. Thank you so much!!
Our pet had to be put down thru Bay Area Pet Hospital and we wanted his remains back. Thru Great Lakes Pet Memorial we received a beautiful bag with his ashes, poems, a personal note and what we did not expect was some of his fur and a paw print keepsake. I cried at how thoughtful these items were and that Kerri and Dustin went above and beyond to make this time of grief easier to handle. Will definitely, when the time comes, use them for our other fur babies.
