We bought a set from the woodlands store, very easy and these guys seemed to do everything they could to help my wife and I. We decided to build it ourselves so I picked up the unit from the factory, again smooth and friendly staff. It was great! Got home and layed everything out in different stacks, found instructions and started. Time consuming but understandable until we found a couple beams incorrectly marked, bolts not at the correct length per instructions and part numbers that had changed. I was able to modify beams and bolts to fit and now we are rolling. Would I purchase another? Yes. But I'd be aware of these issues in the future.

Tucson, AZ - Been waiting, and waiting, and saving, and saving for this day. My daughter told me this was the happiest day of her life. She played on it for four hours in between the rain. Then she gave me the biggest hug and told me she was so thankful God gave her to me and God have me to her. With COVID-19 going on my daughter has been out of school for over four months, no recess, no friends, no parks nearby even if she could play on them. She needed this. Plus she gets to play outside, get some fresh air and exercise.Luckily I had saved up because I wanted a high quality swing set that is going to last for years, especially in the hot desert sun. My daughter can get many years, and my Granddaughter who is coming in a couple of months will get to enjoy it too in a few years. Well worth the investment to see the smiles that come with it.

Great experience, bought a playset for our kids for Christmas and they love it! Jason our sales guy was very helpful and informative on all the products and available options. Installation was scheduled pretty quick and set-up people were fast and professional. Highly recommend!

Playground structure is great, sales and installation crew were great. Just don't have them install your mulch. they use a cheap thin plastic that the grass will grow through in a matter of weeks. My recommendations is to furnish your own thick ground covering to go under the mulch and save yourself from a ground maintenance nightmare that I had installed from Tree Frogs.
