Treepublic is great to work with. I decided to go with solar panels on my garage roof, because my electric bill kept increasing. Everything was done on a quick timeline and the installation looks great. I have a flat roof and the install was straightforward and (hopefully) leak-free. We will not know until we finally have a rain. They completed the project in great time and have been helpful with post-set up questions. Part of the reason I also selected them was that they had great reviews on Yelp. I just wanted to echo the other excellent reviews. I am glad that I chose them from several solar installers.

Treepublic performed exceptionally well overall. However, my design and installation process went through several members of their team. This was not a problem, but some of the team members do need to be more proactive in reaching out to keep their customers informed. Treepublic is professional and competent and this \wish\ did not adversely impact any aspect of their performance. In fact, they were responsible for the recommendation that I reach out for at least three additional bids. My experience with those other installers convinced me that I made the right choice--Treepublic.

We just bought a house with an Enphase solar system. The system was giving errors, so I called Enphase. They directed me to their local installers page. I called 6 and they all said they will not touch the system because they didn’t install it. I called Enphase back and got the installer who put the system in. Called them 3 times and all 3 times the phone disconnected. I googled the company to see if I can find a different number, and what I found was a bunch of complaints on consumer affairs site complaint that the companies phones disconnect and they never respond to email. I call Enphase back and they aren’t helpful, they tell me just to call all the companies that come up in my area. I’m sure you can imaging how upset I am by now. Called a few more places and got the same response, they won’t touch it. When I called treepublic they were very helpful, said they would setup a service call, but also asked me a few questions and determined my system is working properly. Said I could also send him a screenshot of the errors and they will verify what the issue is, but based on the energy I was producing he didn’t want to setup a service call to take my money on a working system. Super cool and honest people

I highly recommend TreePublic for your solar installation! It can be a very difficult process navigating all the rules and regulations, but Omar and his crew were there to help us every step of the way. I wanted to add 2 additional circuits for a spa and an EV charging station, and they helped with that too. The DWP wanted us to remove a gas line that had been there all along and Tree Public convinced them to grandfather it in. That saved us a tremendous amount of hassle!! All and all, the job was done well and the new system looks and works beautifully!! And now I feel like we’re doing our part to help the environment. Thanks Omar!
