The best service I've ever had at a bike shop. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I took my sons bike in to get worked on and ended up buying another bike for myself there because I had so much trust in those guys and such a great feeling about the place. My bike is important to me so having a lot of trust in the people working on it is super important. 10/10

Most unhelpful. Went in to ask about a dual brake lever. Had to absolutely see the bike and wouldn't help to look up or use the computer to check without seeing the bike. I do customer service and I am unsure how they stay in business. What I want is shown as a universal bike product and is even on their website. No one even looked to see if they even had such a part for me. I don't understand.

I called about a week in advance of dropping off our flat tires and the person who answered was very friendly and helpful and could tell by the couple min chatting with him that he seemed to truly enjoy his job and helping people. When we finally brought our tires in we could tell it was no different in person. The customer service was top notch, super quick and they know what they're talking about! Highly recommend and we'll be back for those rear road tires. Thanks for the assistance!

I drove down from Charlotte to find a Domane and the guys set it aside for me until I got there. They’re very pleasant on the phone and in person. The store has one of the best layouts of any Trek store I’ve been to. They even have demo and rental bikes. I appreciate the store being very responsible with COVID. I will definitely be back and highly recommend you go check them out
