Extremely kind customer service, unlike many other bike shops I have encountered, the people here were over the moon friendly, helpful & most importantly, completely non-judgmental. Special shoutout to Isabella, who was the friendliest soul & super helpful & accommodating. This shop feels totally welcoming, with no condescending attitudes that i have found to receive as a non-pro female rider. Would recommend them 10x over!

Awesome staff. Mike .....He’s simply great. He put my Trek Marlin 7 together. No issues. And I went back to buy a Bontrager helmet. He explained the pros and cons. Very professional. Takes his time with you. he's thorough and attentive..... the whole staff are simply a delight. If you have any issue with your bike please do yourself a favor. And visit The trek store on 72nd street
Great service. They were 'on it' from start to finish. Even managed to get information to the carrier about how to find the bike because I had to go out. Reassembled the bike perfectly, even washed it down!
You know those snobby bike shop sales people? Trek doesn't seem to hire them. Just a bunch of really nice, normal people, and a super clean and friendly space. A
Just like other reviewers stated, professional and knowledgeable staff, beautiful bikes and gear. I didn’t purchase anything, as I was just browsing. Their prices do range quite a lot from couple hundred dollars - 13,000 bike !
Let me start by noting that I am a life-long rider of Trek bikes. I had them when I was as young as I can remember. I rode long-distance from Seattle to Minneapolis on a Trek. My Trek Domane road bike is in its 8th season. I ride a lot and I ride a lot on Trek bikes. My advice to anyone looking for service is to run in the other direction. Run from a bike store? Why not ride? Because once they're done 'servicing' your bike, it's probably not going to work right. I brought my bike in for a regular tune up this week. It was having some issues shifting in the back gear. This was a glaring issue in the shifting, not some subtle tweak. I picked it up and took it for a ride this weekend and the exact same issue was still there. It didn't seem like anyone even looked at it. It's one thing for a mechanic to make a mistake, to mistune something. That's happened to me before. When that happens, a good mechanic acknowledges the issues, fixes it, and owns it. Those are the businesses you patronize for years and years. This was different. They either didn't look at my bike, in which case I paid 90 bucks for my bike to stay in a comfortable bike hotel for a few nights. Or, the person who looked at it was so rushed, incompetent, or both that the person who 'looked at' it missed it. I cannot be sure which it was, but that's not a business I need to frequent. In their defense, they claim to have fixed the issue. That's nice. But it's unprofessional to miss a glaring issue in the first place. Take my advice and take your business elsewhere. ***Update after speaking to the store. They refunded me and seemed to understand the issues into the maintenance group. Review bumped to 3. I’ll give them another chance.***
Came in for a bike, got a beautiful bike and feel confident I can come back with any questions. Staff superhelpful.
The staff was soooo friendly and knowledgeable. I love my new bike! It is sooo light and smooth and quiet. I could have easily bought everything in the store. I cannot wait to take it for a long distance ride. I was like a kid in a candy store! I highly recommend TREK!
