Bad place to work. Management slaves drives the employees. They say they care about their employees, but in reality, they don’t. They hardly have the tools you need to get the job done. They want 30 minute setups which is impossible on some of the machines. Every month is a mad dash to the finish line. HR is a joke. It’s more like company resource. They don’t want you to have a personal life. If you don’t have a personal life and like to be treated like a robot, you’ll love it here.

This place has huge turnover issues and for good reason. They may say they care about their employees goals but what they say and what they do are different things. Management is a bunch of fake people playing dress up. Workers are stressed and made to make numbers that are most of the time unreasonable or impossible. There's pressure akin to a sweat shop laden with wage slaves. If u want to be a robot zombie working mandatory 10 hr shifts 6 days a week, and don't have a personal life, then this is the place for you. You can make a decent living and live your life waking up, going to work, and coming home stressed and drained only to watch a lame TV show promoting American consumerism and go to work again only to find you've lost 10 years of your life to a company that pretends to care and that you're not some human machine.
This place is such a joke! Management is with out a doubt the worst I have ever seen in my entire work history. The HR department is more worried about what snacks come through the door then they are worried about their workers. This place is definitely not a place you want to work at.
Love the place. Workers are amazing.
