Came in tonight to order takeout. Lots of space to spread out and social distance. Had drinks while we waited for our food. Bartender and server made sure we had everything we needed. Ordered apps, burgers, and deserts. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing! Absolutely recommend if you appreciate freshly prepared scratch made meals!!

Walnut burger - we drove from Minneapolis just to enjoy this and came back two nights in a row just to get seconds. Their food is incredibly fresh supporting local farms and common basics at their core in really tasty combinations. You cannot beat the scenic view of the Mississippi. The vibe is so relaxed and worth a stop just to enjoy an old fashioned on the porch. This is a travel must if you are exploring the Great River Road.
Beautiful view! Nicely kept hotel. Driveway was hard on our car (we bottomed-out on the entrance) Extremely nice staff!!! Definitely staying again

My husband and I went here over the weekend. Definitely one of the best meals I've ever had! The service was great and the food was even better. We tried the Walnut Balls and they were pretty good. It was like walnuts and stuffing formed into a ball. The homemade honey mustard that came with them was amazing. I also had the chicken and rice soup and it was delicious. For my entree, I had the shrimp and gnocchi and I am still telling my husband about how fabulous it was. He ordered the meatloaf and I tried some and I couldn't decide which dish was better! I have nothing bad to say about this place and if I am ever in Trempealeau again, I know where I am going to eat.
