By far the best and easiest RV purchasing experience we have been through. We knew what RV model we wanted and after a lot of research found that NO ONE could come close to their price. We are over 4 hours away in Tennessee and it was well worth the drive. Our local dealer actually had the model we wanted, minus a few options, for nearly 10k more. When we told them the price we had found at Couch's they didn't even want to talk with us any more. Our salesman Kyle (Taylor) was great to work with. I would recommend Kyle and Couch's without hesitation. Our tech that did our walk through was \okay.\ I think I knew more about our new camper than him, but like I said, I did a LOT of research and have been RV'ing for nearly 30 years. Some people u see have complained about the prep of their RV before delivery, and while I saw some dust - OH WELL, they're a wholesaler. You get the amazing price because of little overhead. That being said, I would not hesitate to do business with them again or recommend them to my mother.

I bought my very first RV from Couch's RV Nation 10 years ago. I had such a good experience then, I went straight back to them when I was ready for a new one. The buying experience was entirely online. There was zero price haggling. The price stated online was the price I paid, and it was thousands less than anyone else could offer. I live in NC and tried to buy locally. Camping World, which is the largest in the US, was 5,000 more expensive than Couch's RV Nation. The paperwork, the pickup, the inspection and everything was handled seamlessly. I drove to Ohio from North Carolina. The representatives at Couch's were super attentive and patient while I made sure everything worked before driving off. They really wanted me to be happy with my purchase. You can see from the attached picture, it was snowing when I arrived at Couch's. I had the mountains of West Virginia to drive through to get back home. Couch's service techs were outstanding making sure my new hitch was setup properly, so my trip home would be safe. I cannot thank them enough. I have had my new RV only weeks, so I have not had any service related issues yet. I can speak from experience from my last RV however. I had no problems getting it serviced locally. I never had to drive back to Ohio for service. As a repeat customer, I am very happy doing business with Couch's RV Nation. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new RV.

IF we could give ZERO stars we absolutely would! Our experience has been a horrible one from start to finish!! Once they received our money and paperwork for our 2021 Forest River 5th wheel customer service was NON-EXISTENT!! We had multiple issues, including parts broken or missing and every single part that was sent to replace it was the wrong part! Then everyone you try to speak with is RUDE and NASTY!!! I do NOT recommend them to ANYONE!!!

We went to buy a camper or order one. When we arrived we met with a salesman and told him what we were looking for he came out with a list of campers and so these are the ones that meet your criteria and said go look at them. So we went to look at the campers that he gave us a list of you cannot look through the whole RV because slide outs were closed and he refused to walk out with us when we were at other camper dealerships they would walk around and show you but they would not enter the camper with you due to the Covid. If this is how you wanna treat customers maybe you just need to close your shop

Update 6 months later- Shout out to Dalton for getting the missing parts to me you have restored my faith in Couch’s RV Nation. Probably the best prices you will find on a new RV simply because they are a wholesale dealership and there will not be any customer service after the sale. . Nice people to work with on the buying process. When we picked up our NOBO 10.5 the guy giving us the walk through wasn't as knowledgeable as he should have been but a nice guy who just needs a little time to get the process right. Luckily I had researched this model before buying and knew what should be on the unit. The unit was missing a couple of pieces that should have been installed prior to our pickup, mainly a support leg for the slide out kitchen and a pantry organizer. The unit also had a small dent on the inside of the kitchen door. We were assured all this would be taken care of. Since then I have emailed the salesman for updates. Pretty much getting the \ I will check on it\ response. We are still waiting on parts a month later. If you are looking for the best price head on up to Couch's but do not expect much customer service after the fact.
