Quite, friendly, clean, respectful and safe just to mention a few adjectives. I am loving the well kept scapes, all the variety of trees and different ways people have set up their places. Nicely tucked away in that quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Carefree is spot on right. Sometime it says it all right in the name. Sometime you find that spot where you need to be. That happy place!

Nice neighborhood! Very well maintained! Not too far from restaurants, schools & stores.
Been here since 2011. Nice park. Great neighbors. Owner of park is a nice guy. Does need some work on the roads and driveways. I feel safe here.
