He was readily and kindly available outside the listed business hours just with a quick phone call. Definitely a no pressure environment, Allan just wants you to find the ight\ piano for you.

Excellent and Personal! Tri-City Music is an excellent place to purchase a piano. Allan is knowledgeable and makes the buying experience easy. He won't pressure you into a purchase you don't need. The selection is top notch and offers products in whatever price range you have. Allan also is a big supporter of arts in the Tri-City Community, which is important in a local music store. We bought a Yamaha N1 and we could not be more happy with our purchase. Tri-City Music is the only place in town to purchase a piano.
