I have used this place numerous times. For a while without incident and I appreciate d the convenience and what I thought courtious and knowledgeable employees/ owners. Well... Recently ... Someone I am affiliated with was refused rental ... somehow I was brought into thier transaction. So even though I myself have rented HUNDREDS of dollars worth of equipment and returned said equipment without incident/ without being late/ without any fees for damages tacked on to my returns...it was said...you know I can ban her from renting from our facility. Great business ethics there! I get you not renting to someone who mY or may not have caused damage to one of your pieces of equipment...but to threaten me...when I wasn't even part of the transaction and I wasn't even present...that's poor management and abuse of authority. Your dad once owned this and was a great man and was ALWAYS coutious. He never showed out like you undeservingly to boot as you did towards me. Not only have you lost my business, you lost my recommendations, you lost credibility, and you lost an honest customer! Why would you "threaten" someone who has done nothing to you or your equipment? Why?
