I was working with one of their doctors with my dry eye. We had a plan but she went on maternity leave before we were able to get a handle on my problem. When I called to see what the next step was I was told that because she was on maternity leave I needed to see one of their other doctors. None of their other doctors are dry eye specialists so I was told that most likely they would see me but then refer me to a specialist. That would take over a week to get in and then however long to get in to the specialist. I explained how uncomfortable I was and asked if they could do anything to help me. They said no, all they could do was set up the appointment. I didn't understand why they could not at least talk to the doctor especially since the doctor on maternity leave was working with me already on this problem. When I got upset they said they would get me in the next day but that still does not help me if I then have to see another doctor. My husband is a veterinarian and in a million years he would never let a patient suffer even if he had to stay late to see them as he does VERY often. I wish human doctors and their staff had that much compassion for their patients.

My wife and I both had appoints with Dr. Smith for the very first time. We could not be any more satisfied. She explained her findings to us in a way we could understand and took the time to answer all our questions. Her staff made us both feel very comfortable during the test they performed prior to seeing the doctor. Would recommend , without hesitation, Triangle Eye Physicians to my family and friends.
This ophthalmology practice has managed to combine a warm and welcoming atmosphere along with excellent professional care.
I felt I had good, professional care at Triangle. My one suggestion is to have something other than mindless TV blaring in the wait room. Maybe some beautiful photos on the TV with soft classical music playing. Most people don't want to deal with shows like "The Price is Right" when waiting to be seen. I sat with my fingers in my ears part of the time.
I was in and out and they were so courteous and professional. These days it’s weird when you go to a place of business where I have zero complaints. They were very attentive to my needs and made me feel right at home. I didn’t feel like a client in this office. Honestly I felt like family.
Dr. Smith is the best! She is very detailed, and caring. I was fascinated by the time she took to explain everything to me! I normally do not write reviews, but I felt compelled because Dr. Smith is one of the BEST DOCTORS i HAVE VISITED!
I have been a patient for @ ten years and could not be happier with my treatment. From regular eye exams to two cataract surgeries (with permanent lens implants), everything has been handled in a professional and kind manner. Dr. Smith always makes certain to explain all of the procedures in great detail and takes all of the time necessary to make me feel comfortable and relieved. I very, very strongly recommend everything about the practice.
