Great trail! The middle part of the trail is all along a serene creek. We went closer to 5 and there were a few runners but not anyone else on the trail. There's a simple bridge and then you go by the old suspension bridge. It's really beautiful! Although, it's longer than expected. I think the loop was closer to 2 miles than 1.4.

Lovely trail. We strayed a little bit, but it was quiet and quiant. It follows Quantico Creek for a bit and then goes back up the hill towards the visitor center. It's definitely not for bikes, but there are other trails in the park for bikes.
