If you're a marine or a marine veteran or someone who just likes military history, this is a must-visit location. Lots of displays and neat historical stuff to check out.

One of the Best Museums this country has to offer. I loved the fact that its both indoors and outdoors. Very well staged and exciting!

Amazing experience for the History of the Marine Corps. They did an outstanding job making this flow well and good for all ages. The kid areas are fun and simple. The history is deep and clear. A few exhibits are yet to open, leaving the need for a second trip. Check out the Tun Tavern on the 2nd floor, great recreation of the original with decor and greatly staff alike.

I spent a couple of hours walking around and trying to take it in... It's overwhelming. The sense of honor, respect and the imprint of sacrifice made by those who willingly did so with their lives; is thick in the air... It brought tears to my eyes. It's an honor and privilege to see and experience a piece of what made America one of the most Powerful Nation that has ever existed and it's because of these men/woman. Truly a sight to behold. Thank you America for keeping the legacy of these great and honorable people that knew what courage, integrity, self sacrifice, honor and respect meant. It's the legacy continues with those serving nowadays... Thank you!

Incredible museum, well built, great deal of history and very friendly staff. It is a phenomenal tribute to the Marines that have come before us and the battles and hardships they faced. We visited during the pandemic and even with some of the interactive venues shutdown it was still an incredible visit. There is more being built and I’m very excited to see more!

We went here for a promotion ceremony and I was really surprised that it was as well out together as it was. It’s a beautiful building and the museum looks really nice. We didn’t get to go to the exhibits, but will have to come back for that. The gift shop was big and well stocked. We did visit the little tavern on site for a celebratory drink. Due to Covid, they only let a few people in there at a time - which is good. The service was great, she was very attentive and super nice.

What an eye opening experience. So much information and put together in a way that is easy to follow and enjoy. Timeline of the Marine Corps from 1775-Now and boot camp to retirement. Plan to spend at least 2 hours here. There is a theater and restaurant on location as well. No food or drink allowed to be brought into the museum.
