Paige and Josh are absolutely incredible. They are America’s sweethearts. They were so fun and friendly and kind and made my day and my life all around better. I will definitely be shopping with them and the company again. I left the shop feeling totally Tricked Out!

After an attempt to fix my own cracked screen, my Samsung Galaxy was left in worse condition than it started out. The outer back casing had been cracked along with front screen in worse condition than before and also the display was no longer projecting image. So we went brought it to these guys in hopes they could fix the damage we caused in our attempt to save a dollar... Not our smartest moment in life... I was told it would be done within a couple days, but because of shipping issues it ended up being a few days longer,which was perfectly fine, we understood. After getting phone back I went to use the camera, sadly there was a smudge was left on the inside of camera which caused a blur when I tried taking a picture. So it was back to the Cache Valley Mall.... I feared this was something we would have to fork out more dough for, but to my surprise, there was absolutely no hesitation to fix the smudge and do it for the cost of FREE!!! The fix was done within an hour on Black Friday 2020, this was very kind of them to push it to the front of the 'fix' line and for that I truly am appreciative of! Thank you for making my phone screen visible again and for fixing a mistake without charging us anything for it. *The photo taken was after smudge had been cleaned up

I went in to see about a plug I had bought several years ago. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. They got another plug for me and replaced the old with the new. Checked to see if there was anything else they could help me with. I needed a new cord for a new phone. I was in there about 5 minutes. Service was excellent! I had what I needed and was in my way. All done with a smile! They were happy and I was happier.

I walked in to have my iPhone screen replaced, they told me it would only take about an hour, I went skiing for two hours and when I came back phone was ready. No problems, Touchscreen and everything is working fine. Friendly staff, fast service. Was 180 after-tax to replace iPhone 11 screen itself, not just broken screen protector.

Tricked Out is the best place to get screen savers and cases. I’ve had fantastic service from them for years. I’ve taken in scratched, and cracked screens and they act like it’s no big deal and get things squared away. Josh may be the most polite and friendly salesman I’ve ever met. Everyone there is knowledgeable and very patient with lots of questions. I think I’ve personally taken 4 phones there over the years, and all of my family uses them. We don’t even consider going anywhere else. Can’t beat the guarantees!

I’ve purchased several cables and refuse to even consider another retailer. Their tempered glass screen protectors are incredible. I’ve had mine for about a year. This morning, I almost dropped my phone, but luckily my lightning-fast reflexes allowed my hand to send the phone flying through the air where it crashed into my car before landing on the asphalt . #Clumsy Barely noticeable crack, but decided to replace it anyway. The discount on a replacement is unparalleled, and they swapped it out in minutes. Amazing!
