I was really impressed by what Cole knew. He instantly knew what I needed and where it was located in the store. He didn’t put any pressure on me but showed me what products I could purchase and gave me quite a bit of useful information about each of the various products and how they were different and which had the best quality. I came to the store to replace a broken case for my iphone XR. I wanted to replace with the same case, but they no longer carried my particular case. However, they offered a similar brand, that was cheaper, and it appears to be much more durable. I'm very pleased. The entire transaction took less that 10 minutes. Easy to do business with.
The selection could have been bigger for purple items, but I ended up finding something I was satisfied with.
Love the screen I got from here. They customized it to my phone size which was a perk.
