The beauty salon I was attending before that was a nightmare, the stylist would forget to place an order for my unit or simply forget I even had an appointment on that day. My spirit was broken until I found Trinity Lace Wigs Salon that's when my spirits were lifted and I always have the confidence that I will leave there with a beautiful crown of beauty with all my hair needs met. I look forward to my appointments knowing there will never be any issues and the stylist is there for the client and she ensures you leave there looking your best. I leave there always going shopping afterwards just so I can hear people men and women telling me how beautiful my hair is. This makes me feel like I have that Crown of Glory. Mrs. Stephanie Anderson the owner of Trinity Lace Wigs has been doing my hair now for the past 8 years. When we first met I was new to San Antonio from Boston and was naturally reluctant to let anyone new do my hair. However she made not only a great first impression but also a lasting one. She provides a very personal service making myself feel as if I’m her only client. In her sessions she’s punctual professional and provides privacy. Often I’ve arrived to Trinity Lace Wigs when I’m experiencing my worst hair days. Having my hair serviced in a private suite where other patrons wouldn’t be able to see me til I was more presentable is a luxury I hadn’t experienced before going to TLW. This has spared me the embarrassment of being seen by others while having a bad hair day, allowing to keep my dignity all the while having my stylist’s undivided attention. That’s one of many little things that that makes Trinity Lace Wigs a premier boutique salon. I liked the owner. She was friendly and wanted to be helpful. I ordered a product and it arrived. She was on vacation at the time. I waited for her to call with and appointment. Please note that I am not in the habit of answering a NO CALLER ID on my cell phone. I am sure she called however no message was left on my cell phone. I did answer a call on Aug 10 only because I have a brother in the hospital. It was the owner telling me that I am just to hard to get in touch with and she is returning my payment. This has never happened to me before

The owner is very personable and really cares about your hair. Getting to know her and seeing all the things she does in her business it makes you want to support her. She alway does a great job on my hair. I moved from San Antonio but whenever I'm back in town she's who I call to do my hair!
