I would like to give this a better review, but I ended up being very disappointed in the day-of service. Booking was difficult because the online form was not working, so I called and they sent me a contract from our conversation, but billed me for a whole day rather than the two hours I requested. Then they fixed it and all was well. On both bills they even added a coupon I didn't have, which was really great. Made 5 bikes for 2-hours only 23. The contract said to be there 15 minutes early, but on the phone the owner said come in whenever. We showed up 15 minutes early as the contract said and the store was not open yet. I tried calling the owner's cell, which was in the contract, and didn't get an answer but left a voicemail. Twenty minutes later, five minutes past the time we were supposed to already be on our bike ride, an employee shows up and leisurely opens up the shop without any apologies for being 20 minutes late. It takes a while to get all the bikes ready, and one bike was missing. I paid in full for the bikes ahead of time, so he gave us the owner's wife's bike to use in place of the missing bike for rent. The tutorial he gave us was not thorough, so we sort of taught ourselves along the way. On the ride we stopped at Huntington Pier and found that he only gave us 3 locks, and one of the combinations was wrong so we couldn't open it. I called and he said they only give one lock per two bikes. For rental bikes that cost that much, I was surprised by that, thinking maybe they want us to lose them and have to pay for them. We made the locks work, but spent a fair amount of our two hours figuring that out. Overall, the price was great and so were the quality of the bikes. However, the service was very unprofessional, so I would recommend going elsewhere for your electric bike rental.

Great place to buy or rent an E-Lux Electric bike! I personally rented from here when they where in Huntington Beach and now their new location. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful! The bikes are also amazing!
