I wanted a local realtor who knew the area. I had seen the for sale signs around my neighborhood and so when it came time to sell my home in Leavenworth I chose Trisha P. Realty. I was an out of state owner so I had some challenges, but Tricia reassured me that it was still possible to sell my house from six states away. I could not have made a better choice! Not only did my realtor, Tricia get me more than I had hoped, but we got offers within a week and we closed in a little over a month. Selling an older home was a trial, but Tricia was with me all the way, in fact she went the \extra mile\ often, and together we were able to overcome several obstacles quickly and to the buyers' satisfaction. Tricia knows the market and really \made it happen\ with the sale of my house. I truly don't believe I could have gone from listing to sale so quickly without Tricia I cannot recommend Tricia and Trisha P. Realty highly enough.

It was such an easy process buying and selling our house, all because she is great at what she does! It never felt like she was working for commission and was just trying to receive a paycheck!
