Purchased Trisys Tapit call accounting software about a year ago. We still don't have it working properly. It won't email automated reports properly. SUPER difficult to use compared to our old system (NEC Call analyst). The reports the system generates are not easy to read and its overly difficult to customize reports. This is truly garbage software at a premium price. Unfortunately when we called for support the tech was rude ever time... Our vendor has tried to help. How is this company in business

We gave them our telephone system brand and model number. They sold us a recording system for 6000 that was not compatible. It never worked. They blamed it on our telephone system, but they knew what we had from the outset. Refused to give a refund. Wanted to charge a second fortune to convert their equipment to work with our telephones. Worst customer scam I've ever been the victim of. I now own a 6000 boat anchor.
