Henry from Triton Plasma was super great doing my LG OLED TV screen replacement. He was very responsive and even gave me tips for how to call LG to expedite the part order. When he arrives to fix the TV he was fast and efficient. I’d highly recommend him if you need help with your TV!

I called Triton to inquire about a Panasonic plasma TV issue I had on Memorial Day Weekend. I received a call back promptly on the Tuesday following the holiday. We discussed how my 2011 plasma TV has the 14-blink code error and the steps I've taken to identify where a short circuit may be. They were very honest with me about the reality of the TV not being repairable because of the fact that Panasonic doesn't make these TVs any longer. Also, it could take a lot of time to troubleshoot to find where the issue is; and even then, the TV is not guaranteed to be repairable. They saved me money and time and I didn't have to pay them to run a diagnostic. I admire their honesty and they didn't rush to try to take my money.
Great experience with Triton Plasma. I contacted them regarding fixing my 10 year old Samsung Plasma screen. I received a very honest response when they returned my call. Instead of recommending to repair the tv and pocketing my money, he instead suggested purchasing a new TV since the cost of the repair would be about the same as the price of a new tv with similar specifications. That speaks volumes to the quality of service one should expect from Triton Plasma.
On time, fast and friendly service. Would call them in the future if needed. He went above and beyond the service call. Great guy!
These guys were awesome. Very prompt. They came out and replaced the panel on my LG TV in about 10 minutes. I'd use them again for sure.
