We bought our house complete with a 14' swim spa from Tropical Spa and Pools. I tried at first to maintain it myself but it became clear I needed a professional to take care it. I contacted Tropical and started weekly service. Mark comes out weekly and keeps my water fresh and clean and always ready to use! Mark has gone above and beyond for me on several occasions. I highly recommend this company from the sales to the maintenance!

Absolutely lovely customer service and experience! Hot tub was delivered exactly on time when promised. Chris, was very attentive to installation process. He made sure that the cover lift and hot tub are perfectly leveled. He double-checked all measurements and screws at least 3 times! I was given a large sample pack of ALL needed chemicals and testing strips. In addition, Chris explained every step of checking water for all chemicals and than demonstrated every testing with balancing right in front of me and let me record the explanation how to do it. I was impressed how patient he was about millions of my questions. Furthermore, he repeatedly emphasized that if I have any questions about maintenance or buffering the pool water, I should not hesitate to call and come by the store and ask for help at no charge. I received absolutely amazing service. #honestreview #absolutelysatisfied UPDATE 8-2-2017 I had few issues with hot tub. I called Tropical Spa, and people came over the next day and fixed the issue at no cost as i have 5 year warranty. Great service )
We bought a Nordic hot tub from Tropical Spas & Pools. Logan and Chris did a terrific job installing it and showing us how to operate it. We had a concern with it and they stopped by on their way to another location to help us with it. Awesome store; awesome employees! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tropical Spas & Pools!!!
I purchased a Nordic Spa from T S & P a few years ago and recently had trouble with it heating properly. Chris came to take a look the following day & it took several visits before the problem was corrected. I was very impressed how Chris and Garrett were so dedicated to getting the problem resolved. I just don’t see that kind of diligence out of to many companies anymore. I could not have been happier with the way this problem was resolved, plus the parts were under warranty and there was no charges. Chris was truly amazing and I am so glad I purchased my spa from Tropical Spas and Pools in Panama City!!!
Love our Pool and installation was perfect, thanks to Chris one of the owners. He went way beyond what anyone would do to get the pool installed today for us. Explained everything perfect to us on how to do the chemicals etc. We are in our pool today 86 degrees. Love our Pacifica Pool from Tropical Pools in Panama City.
