Allen, my lift chair was delivered on Friday, Feb 14th. The \white glove delivery\ went great. The chair arrived in perfect condition and the two gentlemen that set up the chair were very efficient and professional. I LOVE my Pride Mobility VivaLift recliner! The staff at No Excuse were very helpful when my sister and I took our mother to look at a lift chair. Paula was so helpful! We were not able to purchase a chair because of the curvature of her back, but were treated very kindly.
Allen Brawley, the company owner, took care of my order with great attention to detail. I had to order a scooter and a lift installation from Seattle for my father in North Carolina. Allen kept me in the loop every step of the way, gave me detailed costs and time estimates, and sent pictures of the lift he installed and a pic of my father on his new scooter. This is a life changing purchase for my father, who has severe mobility issues. It's great that a local business that I have never personally met can give such confidence to this important buying decision. It's amazing how little things like email updates make such a difference, but Allen knows how important those details are. Highly recommended!
