I called the taxi yesterday and scheduled for a pick up the next day for 6:15 a.m. It is now 7:45 am. I will now have to reschedule a surgery. Thank you for your patronage.
Call to see if they was still in service because some troy taxi was closed & was cursed out highly unprofessional
I don't know what these other reviews are talking about at all. My taxi was prompt to arrive, the driver was polite, and got me to my destination on time. Plus, as a bonus, the cab was very clean. I recommend Aces wholeheartedly.
Ordered a cab. Told 15 minutes. 25 minutes later called again and only an answering machine ( tried 4x over the next 15 minutes). Finally called a different company who came right away. Total scum.
