Buckeye Community

Buckeye is under new management, I have been wanting to move closer to my mom, but when I went into the leasing office with the previous manager she was very rude and disrespectful towards not only me but towards several other residents as well, like she was being inconvenienced. I decided to stop in the office about a week ago to get some information because I saw an ad that said Under New Management, Penny who is the new manager is very knowledgeable and helpful and even stayed after hours to accommodate my schedule. I definitely will be going back. The trash that you used to see is no longer the way it use to be. The property has been cleaned up. Penny really cares and will go out of the way to help you.

Paid deposit and had a move in date of 3/24/16. Apartment wasnt ready so they gave us a new apartment number and a new move in date of 3/30/16. That apartment wasnt done by that date so we said we wanted our deposit back and was refused. Now there's no way to get a hold of anyone via phone and they dont respond to letters being sent. I want my 950 back.

I lived here for 8 years, always loved it until they couldn't keep management. I moved out in February after I couldn't deal with ot anymore. If they don't get new owners it will stay the same. James Leadingham the owner does not handle anything!! My deposit that was told to be sent in March has still not came back to me and I've called every new manager from Penny on and still haven't gotten anywhere. Utilities included in the rent were shut off, there was absolutely no lawn care last summer, and the children can't play anywhere. Its completely went to hell!!
