They fixed what the builder and original contractor could and would not! Super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Very quickly found an issue with our only 3 year old furnace and replaced the parts. Also remedied and error with the venting location and design.

We had Comfort Plus out this past week to replace our furnace and AC. We called a few companies out for quotes but, Chris stood out from the rest. He was highly recommended by our friends. He spent time answering all my husband’s questions as well as explaining the Carrier products. Also, liked the fact that they are 4 star certified! Nate and Kevin showed up ON TIME, were VERY PROFESSIONAL, and POLITE. Nothing but great things to say about this company. We just purchased a home and wanted to replace the dated (33 year old) furnace and A/C before it completely died on us.
