Very good place to come and workout. Excellent staff, family friendly environment and people. If you ever looking to get in shape and blow off some steam, this is the right place

This most Happening place Around TROY. This has many Banquet rooms which could be rented. Each one are large rooms. They have indoor Swimming pool, they will have Karate Classes. Mostly you get to enroll every other class for your kids. It’s close to Library. You can walk over to Library in summer. Large parking lots. Special Parking lot for Seniors.

We had a great time on Dec 31st. It was a great way for the kids to enjoy themselves the last evening of the year. Weather was horrible outside so it was fun to enjoy the indoor swimming. The toys at the Gymnasium were super cool!!
