I visited the store wanting to purchase two pairs of shoes. I could've bought them online, but I didn't know my size in this brand and wanted to try them on first. The store wasn't very busy, but I stood there for 20-30 minutes waiting for someone to just acknowledge me. When I tried to get someone's attention, they would turn away and talk to someone else. Sometimes even just someone that had entered the store. Horrible customer service.

Perhaps my expectations are too high, but when I go into a high end shoe store, I expect a high level of service. At this store, I did not receive that service. I tried on a pair of shoes, and I asked the salesperson if I needed the next size up. He said no. He didn't even feel the shoes. He didn't ask if I wanted to try the bigger size. So I purchased them. When I got into the mall area, I put them on. My big toe hurt with every step. So I returned them. Extremely disappointed.

Ecco shoe are very comfortable and they last for years. I just bought 2 new pairs to replace the two pairs that I have been wearing for 12 years.
