This company is fantastic from the person that answered my call to the gentlemen that came to my home to do the work. I had ice dams in my gutters that were causing leaks in my ceiling. They came out and took care of the ice dams efficiently and while taking care with my property. I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend.

Lake State Cleaning was on my street, working on a neighbor's roof. They had some mechanical issues with one of their motors, and I called/emailed them some pics to let them know. The woman who took my call was friendly and helpful, and told me she'd let her manager know about the problem. And then her manager called back and assured me they were on top of it, would address the issue right away, and thanked me for letting them know about it! I can't think of a better resolution than this. It speaks volumes to me when a company is willing to take the time to address something that isn't right. Things happen! But the follow-up and care they showed, to go out of their way to make sure this gets taken care of? That's incredible customer service. I will definitely use Lake State Cleaning for my power-washing needs. What a great local company. For the record, too: my neighbor's roof looks great. Thanks, Lake State Cleaning! \u003c3
Had them come out for some gutter cleaning. Very reasonable pricing and professional service. Will definitely use them again!
Great job. Was working and looked out the window as my neighbor used them to clean their house. Called the number on the side of the truck and the rest was easy. My favorite part was them not trying to sell me on a bunch of services I didn't need. My house looks great and I'm very pleased.
