Albert was awesome! Very professional young man. Called in am to give us a heads up of arrival time. Was here on time, wore booties and mask. We asked if he could clean extra dining room chairs, and he did! Cleaned efficiently and we are very pleased with the outcome! The furniture and carpet looks brand new. What a hard worker Albert is, he deserves a raise!

Used Modernistic a few months back. I was told that the main service guy would evaluate my area for exact cost when onsite. I question his evaluation, as another service had charged me 100 less for same area previously, but of course he’s not going to say it was Less than the estimate. Started off positive with main service guy spending extra time on stains in one room. I gave them an extra 20 for lunch for the both of them once they were done. The woman on the phone providing the original estimate was friendly and professional. I went upstairs after they finished cleaning the rugs upstairs. I found a 1’-0” piece of molding broken off my banister. I understand accidents happen, but let the home owner know, especially after giving them a tip. It took me twice along to fix the molding than they were there to clean my rugs. I left a phone message right after the main service guy left, left a vmail at the office and sent a text a couple weeks back to the main service guy. No response.

I have used Modernistic twice in the past and the experience was equally awesome this time around. I had my utility room carpet cleaned and kitchen tile steamed and sealed. Devin, the technician, was polite and prompt and worked quickly and efficiently, thoroughly cleaning the areas I needed cleaned and expending extra effort to make sure I was completely satisfied. The price was unbeatable, too. Modernistic, thank you so much for once again taking such great care of me!
