We were extremely pleased with this company's product and customer service. Our original supplier shorted us a pilaster and said they could not get one to us for 3 weeks. Dominic was a tremendous help with contacting the factory to ensure we received it in 3 days for our final inspection. The pilaster came from the same factory the other company said would take 3 weeks.

I RECENTLY CALLED RBA TO ASK ABOUT SOME PANIC HARDWARE PARTS AND SHIPPING COSTS TO REPAIR OUR CHURCH DOOR. THE GENTLEMAN WHO TOOK MY CALL LISTENED TO THE DESCRIPTION OF MY PROBLEM AND IMMEDIATELY GAVE ME A CORRECT SOLUTION WITH A FEW PARTS FROM MY LOCAL HARDWARE STORE. I WILL NOT NEED TO BUY ANYTHING FROM RBA PRESENTLY , HOWEVER I WISH TO COMMEND THEIR SALESPERSON. I'M SORRY I DID NOT GET HIS NAME AS I WISH TO THANK HIM PERSONALLY. I work with vendors all the time as a handy man for 30 sites. A vendor has to be something special for me to post a review. Jamey at RBA has been on top of his game sending me quotes and answering/returning my phone calls and any questions I may have had. RBA is my first go to for all partition and bathroom needs. When I ordered the larger size, I did indeed ask if there was a lighter color. When I was told “no,” my reply was, “that’s fine.” The color you sent was completely acceptable, what was not acceptable was that a tip with an outer measurement of 7/8” and an inner measurement of, let’s say, 6/8” does not fit a chair with an outer measurement of 7/8”. I was not told to heat the tip to make it fit. I was told to return the tips (at my own expense) and your company would reorder me the next size up. If I was not happy with the color, why would I have ordered a larger size! Does that make any sense to you? Clearly I was not happy with the SIZE. If the color was unacceptable, I would have ordered a different color, not a different size. I am angry that you have tried three times now to blame me somehow, to say that my chair is not the right size (it is 7/8”), to say that I should have heated the tip (no instructions to do so and no one told me over the phone) and finally, we wrote down that your real complaint is the color (write whatever you want, the truth is that the color, though not ideal, was acceptable).

If you're thinking of buying anything from this company and you're not from the USA, I would suggest looking elsewhere. I made an online enquiry from Sydney,Australia about some hinges i was trying to source and was told to "find in your own country". Hard to believe that this brainless clod works in customer service. Good luck Jamey ,you're going to need it.
