Had my first appointment & the service was FANTASTIC! The staff is super friendly & the stylist did a great job on my cut and color. She asked questions to ensure she knew exactly what I wanted. I'll definitely be back!!
Unfortunately I would NOT recommend doing business here any longer. I have tried to work things out with the owner Elle but she is difficult to deal with. I purchased a gift card several months ago for a specific stylist that is no longer at the salon. When I called to ask what could be done with my gift card I was turned away and told my stylist had the money for the gift card that strands would no longer honor it. I purchased this gift card at the front desk not with my stylist. My gift card is not expired. My stylist had to reach out to Elle because she did NOT get my gift card money. Elle then agrees to let me use my gift card in the spa. A spa that I did NOT purchase a gift card for. Elle refused to let me use the card for product that I had to use the spa. (I did not ask to see another stylist I think most can agree when you find your stylist you trust you keep them) Most of the services in the Spa do not interest me or are way more then my gift card. So I decided to do the unlimited tanning. After purchasing I find out from the sign on the spa door hours are very limited (I purchased my tanning package upstairs in the salon so I did not see this) My first trip in no one was in the spa so I had to go to the salon to get them to open the spa. Today I go and no one is there upstairs or down. I was told the spa would be open 9-4 today when I asked Friday. So now I have wasted my time and gas and won't be able to tan for 3 days. This doesn't sound like unlimited tanning to me? I do not think this situation was handled correctly from the start and seems to be getting worse. I feel like my money has been stolen. I will say all of the stylists and staff have been friendly and helpful but I will never do business with Elle again. Elle I do hope you will make this right. I do plan on reporting you to the BBB on Monday.
I made appointment and when iI went there, they were closed. I tried to call several times, nobody is answering. What a shame.
I have used multiple hair stylists over the years and have not found a stylist that has left an impression or really overwhelmed me. That was until I used Hayley Markham at Strands. AMAZING!!!!!!! My color job is completely on point, great cut, super friendly, patient, and professional!!!!!! I have found my hair stylist forever. In addition, I LOVE this salon. It’s one of those places in which you feel at home. Very clean, great pricing, friendly staff, and very refreshing to meet an owner who’s so professional and hands on with her business. Elle has gained a long term client for sure. Thank you ladies!!!!
