This is a perfect place for a quiet romantic evening. If you love cheese and chocolate, this place is heaven. The staff is friendly. I loved the drinks here too. The options for vegetarians are limited but decent. The experience is unique and wonderful.

The melting pots quality seems like its gone downhill. We left hungry from a 100 dollar meal for 2. I was also excited to try their vegan options but they were out. They went from being one of my favorite restaurants to one I wont be returning to.
My wife and I had a 3:30 reservation for Valentine’s Day, upon arriving there were several customers standing right by the entrance door on what felt like one of the coldest days of the year so everyone was crowded around the main desk. Our reservation was at 3:30 but we were not seated until around an hour later. They seated us in an area where one of the light fixtures was literally missing and there was an exposed bolt. It was freezing, the service and just overall appearance was ABSOLUTELY Not worth a 200 dollar dinner. The server was one of the worst we have ever had. I’m 42 years old and I think I have left 6 reviews in my life......Do Yourself a favor Do Not WASTE your time, energy, or money here! P.S. the food flowing down the sides is how it was served to us.
By far the best restaurant experience I’ve ever had. The service alone has given me enough reason to return. The food on the other hand, even more of a great reason. I will be a returning customer for the rest of my life.
Tasty, but after the meal my date and I agreed to just invest in our own fondue machine. Portions were just lacking. Ate a sandwich when I got home. Servers could be happier in a pandemic.
