I have been going to TRS for a few years, and I always enjoyed the service there. For some reason today, the fact that I don't live in Hamlin became an issue with my trying to buy a replacement pool pump. I don't understand the reasoning behind that, but it is a private business which can sell to whomever they like. I, as a buyer, can also choose to spend my money elsewhere from this point on.

Todd is a knowledgable and honest man. I don't know where you go for you pool supplies. Likely the same places on the West side that I've been to.. I highly recommend TRS Pools. It's worth the drive!
Todd is always very knowledgeable and fair. He explains things so I can understand when it comes to fixing things. His hours of operation are very reasonable as well. We have had our pool about 5 years we have purchased everything from him. No complaints.
